Our dogs

All our working dogs (save one) are ISDS registered working border collies. They range from pensioners to young dogs. The odd one out is an Irish terrier.

Bob 2013 (Luke, A.L. Jones x Liz, A.L. Jones)

Bob trialled at Open level in Belgium and Ireland. He had several placings and wins on the day over his career. Katharine’s first trial dog, he was a strong, natural dog with plenty of scope and push. Unfortunately we lost Bob early 2025, but he will always have his place here on this page and in our hearts ❤️

Link 2014 (Conquest Sweep, M. Peeters x Nell, C. Sevenants)

Link has trialled at Open level, mainly in Belgium, where he had numerous placings and wins. Link was Arjan’s first trial dog and was a good, steady dog who could be relied on in any circumstance. Link is now retired.

Zelda 2019 (Treasured Til, M. Baranski x Roca Lila)

Zelda is currently trialling with Arjan at Open level. A little package of power and speed. She is an impressive bitch with a wonderful temperament. She’s happy to take on anything, including tackling challenging hill trials.

Juno 2022 (Belcarraig Ben x Leigh)

Juno is just starting her trialling career with Katharine. She has completed one season as a junior nursery dog with some placings and will now start trialling in Intermediate trials. She is a natural, scopey dog with a lot of brains who loves everyday farm work.

Ben 2022 (Mirk, M. O’Malley x Jess, J. Prenty)

Ben is in training and will start trialling with Arjan at Intermediate level soon. He is a classy dog, full of power and with great potential for the future.

Pip 2024 (Mirk, M. O’Malley x Jess, J. Prenty)

Pip is a sister to Ben from a younger litter. We liked him so much that we jumped at the chance to have a sister. Pip will be enjoying life as a puppy for a while before starting training in a few months. She already has a keen interest in livestock. Pip is destined to work with Katharine.

Molly 2020 (Shannonbally Fifi)

Molly is just the best dog in the world. A bundle of cuddly fun who gets on great with all other dogs. She has a wonderful temperament, which she transmitted to the one litter of pups that she has had.
